Refund & Cancellation Policy

• If your report hasn't been delivered within 48 hours of payment, you get a full refund on request.
• If you're unhappy with a delivered report, email us within 7 days and we'll re-run it or refund you.
• You can cancel a subscription at any time. It stays active until the end of the period you've paid for, and there are no partial refunds.
• Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method within 5 to 7 business days.

This is a digital service, so there is nothing to ship.
